Tell us what happened and which iPhone and iOS version you use. Never send us information you don't want to share.
A mistake in the content
If something in the app looks wrong to you, let us know with "Report a mistake" in the app or by email. This is how corrections work: How we review the content.
Purchases and subscriptions
- To cancel or change a subscription: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- To restore a purchase: use "Restore" on the app's purchase screen.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy and your data
Everything you log is stored on your iPhone. Read the details in the Privacy policy.
If it's urgent
If your baby is choking, isn't breathing well, or has a severe reaction, don't write to us: call your local emergency services right away.
